Patrolity is a suite of apps that automates the communications between security personnel, manager and residents/customers.
Patrolity provides assurance that properties are being taken care of. Both residents/customers and the manager are notified through their phones whenever a property is patrolled. There is a significant amount of transparency available at fingertips, something not achievable in older approaches. This helps prevent conflicts that often result in the non-payment of security fees and the subsequent termination of security arrangements.
The system supports a virtually unlimited number of residents/customers, properties or checkpoints in a patrol area. Any of these can be added or removed any time. No manual administrative work is required for such additions or removals.
The location-based login-logout function allows the manager to monitor when the personnel starts working.
The security personnel carries a phone in pocket when patrolling. A resident/customer is automatically informed through her phone when the personnel passes by her house/property. When she is away on vacation, she just slides a switch on the phone screen to notify the personnel, so that more attention can be given to her property.
It is available for use in all landed residential areas, condominiums, commercial buildings and warehouses in Malaysia.
For landed residential areas, the system requires only GPS and mobile Internet access, on any Android smartphone.
For condominiums, commercial buildings and warehouses, Bluetooth-Low-Energy (BLE) beacons are used with the Bluetooth feature of an Android smartphone. We supply the beacons at 50 ringgit each. The batteries in the beacons should last for at least one or two years.

Patrolity sends out patrol record CSV files regularly to your designated email address, for archiving purposes. It can do so everyday or every week. Google Sheet is the preferred tool for opening the files. If you wish to use Excel instead, please refer to Excel Windows Configuration for configuration tips to make Excel work correctly.
