Excel Windows Configuration

In Windows Control Panel, click Clock, Language, and Region.

Click Region and Language.

Click Additional settings...

In List separator, key in the word tab, then click Apply.

Now you can correctly open the tab-delimited CSV files in emails from Patrolity.
